From WBB Minerals to Sibelco UK

On 1st October 2008, we adopted the name of our parent company and evolved from WBB Minerals to Sibelco UK.

For a number of years WBB has been part of Sibelco, the name behind many of the world’s leading industrial mineral companies and their brands. Like any business today, we are constantly evolving to reflect the changing needs of our customers and the dynamics of our markets. A recent restructuring of the Sibelco Group has created new opportunities for all Sibelco companies to better serve their customers with a wider portfolio of mineral products, backed by an expanded global network of technical expertise and logistical capabilities.

Whilst our name is changing, the people behind our business in the UK and their commitment to all our stakeholders remain unchanged. The new identity simply mirrors our expanded capabilities as an integral part of a wider group and presents a more consistent image worldwide.
